Does First Impression Really Lasts?

I have this new found friend and I can say that he is smart in his own little ways.
I was surprised because he shared a very private part of his life when we are friends for about less that a week.
I was shocked at first that I didn't believe him.
But he proved it so I figured out that he's saying the truth.


Then, one lazy afternoon, I asked him something out of the blue.
Just for the sake of conversation, I guess.
I asked him:


"Do you really think first impressions lasts?"


He answered me this:


"Truth is, there are some people who are fake and plastic. It depends on the situation how you met him. Everything has a reason, why he react like this, how he talked like that. If you happen to met him on a negative way or wrong notion, why don't give him a chance to know him better? All of us are judgmental. There are some guys who are sweet to other woman but rude to his own mother. Where is the good and bad impression if you just know the half part of him?"


I guess he has the point.
